The last day on board the Indian Pacific, headed for Perth. It just so happened to be my birthday. Not many better ways of waking up on your birthday than this!

After watching my last sunrise on board it was time for breakfast. Since it’s my birthday, a glass of bubbles was definitely in order.

My table guests joined me. I also opted for muesli.

And then it was time for lunch. The last meal of the journey as we made our way into Perth.

I had a ceaser salad and some wine. A great end to an amazing trip.

And just like that, we were in Perth. Farewell to some new friends. And on to the next adventure.
