I was out walking in Cairns at night looking for some food and drink and not much was open. I wandered down Abbott Street and stumbled upon a great little bar called Three Wolves.

I “wolfed” down a very nice charcuterie board.

It was accompanied by some nice pinot noir.

After eating I was keen for a Flip for dessert, so I moved up to the bar:

From my position at the bar I watched the bartenders make the very popular signature cocktail “SMOKE ON THE WATER”:

And as the bar got really busy, I decided to have myself a Laphroaig for the road before heading to my motel.

Definitely worth a visit if you are in Cairns.
