Virgin Business: BNE-CBR return

Brisbane

The Virgin business lounge is a short walk from security. Check in is simple and you can scan your boarding pass easily.

It has a selection of hot and cold foods and an excellent range of drinks.

I chose a first course of chorizo minestrone soup:

Followed by some cold bites, chips and bread:

There is plenty of seating space and it was pretty busy.

On board there is reasonable leg room and in-flight wifi available.

There are 8 business seats and plenty of room to stretch out and read.

On the flight to Canberra there was a noodle dinner, click image for a closer look:

The business lounge in Canberra is a bit smaller than Brisbane’s and wasn’t nearly as busy as it was in Brisbane.

I sampled the Pino Noir Rose but not any food. I wasn’t overly hungry.

Dinner was quite nice with chicken skewers. Click on the image for a closer look:

And then it was home to Brisbane stretching my legs and reading whilst sipping a second glass of Shiraz.
