If you’re visiting Launceston, make sure you make time for a trip to the Gorge. It’s a spectacular natural beauty only minutes from the CBD.

I walked up from the CBD. I chose the hard option. If you take the Northern side it is much easier.

Once in the gorge you have some great scenery.
