Porto is very interesting to walk around during the day due to the unique architecture of the place.

If you cross the river and look back at the old town, it is quite a striking sight from up on the bridge:

Down along the river there is a nice spot for some Super Bock beer:

Whilst walking, pay a visit to the Lello Bookstore which inspired Harry Potter. It costs to get in though.

And if your legs get tired, hop on a tram!
